John Beggs, 1st place 2024 Junior Champion at the World Championship Old-Time Piano Playing Contest and Festival!
John performed "Alabamy Bound" by Ray Henderson, and "Viper's Drag" by Fats Waller
John also performed in two piano concerts in the spring of 2024

John was the winner of the SouthEast Piano Competition held at VSU in the spring of 2024.
Graduation
2024 high school ceremony
John played the piano for the Tallahassee Homeschool High School graduation with over 500 attendees.
Belmont Summer Piano Invitational

Orchestra
All District
John again participated in the Tallahassee Homeschool Orchestra playing the Bass for several different ages of orchestra groups. They auditioned and were selected to play in High School All-District Orchestra.
Summer Camps
Auditions
John auditioned for several summer music camps and will be attending FSU and Belmont this summer.

FSU Piano Camp

Rigorous camp with daily private lessons, master classes and workshops along with practice time and performances.
